Edward Telleria is a contemporary artist. He works in fine arts media, including painting and sculpture. His recurring motifs (roses, eyes, horses) serve as conduits for deeper reflections on beauty, consciousness and the essence of human liberation.

In 2021, Telleria’s sculpture “Tambor-in” was selected by the Museo de Arte Moderno in the Dominican Republic to be shown in the Bienal Nacional de Artes Visuales – 29no. Aniversario.

In 2018, Telleria was recognized by Boston City Hall as a Fay Chandler Emerging Artist of Boston.

In the past thirty years, Telleria has had thirteen solo shows. He has shown in the United States since 2007, first at Cortile Gallery in Provincetown, MA and then at Demouzy Contemporary Gallery in New York. Telleria participated in a collective exhibition at Brookline Arts Center in March 2009 and appeared on the front page of the Lifestyle/Arts section of the The Brookline Tab as a result of the event. He also had a solo show at Gallery 360 at Northeastern University in 2013 and was featured in Artscope Magazine, one of New England’s premiere art and culture magazines.

In the Dominican Republic, Telleria has exhibited at Mesa Fine Art.

Telleria invites spectators into a space of contemplation and discovery, celebrating the beauty and complexity of our shared human experience.
